Two ways to reach us
The details that help most on a first call are the place, the sign, the date it was first seen and whether anyone is at risk. A photograph sent afterward is useful, but the call should not wait for it.
If someone is hurt, if there is a fire, a gas smell or an electrical danger, call the emergency services first. The pest line can take the detail after that, and the record will be there for the morning.
